The rules

• Only verified facts. Every report (numbered AI Safe Mode #N, matching the videos) is based on published news reports, and every claim is attributed to the outlet and date.
• Sources always shown. Every article lists its references, and every video shows its source on screen and links to its article.
• No names. We don't name the companies, products or people involved in incidents. The point is the lesson, not blame.
• Always a fix. Every story ends with practical steps you can take.
